These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MoneyNest mobile application ("App", "Service") provided by AkSoftX ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and the App Store / Google Play terms in your region. If you are under the age required by your local law, you must use the App with parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

MoneyNest helps users track financial transactions and provides AI-assisted analysis features. The AI output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer an auto-renewable subscription: Premium Monthly. Premium features currently include increased daily AI usage limits and ad removal.

Subscription details for App Store users:

• Title: MoneyNest Premium Monthly
• Length: 1 month (auto-renewable)
• Price: US$29.99 per month (or local equivalent, as determined by Apple)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Any free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

4. User Content and Data

You are responsible for the content you input into the App. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us limited rights to process it solely for operating and improving the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
• Use the Service for abuse, fraud, spam, or unlawful activities.
• Interfere with app operation, security, or service availability.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
